I had the pleasure of working with Filip within the framework of our projects in the Western Balkans. In short, he is not your usual trainer. He is very engaging, and his methods got our events to the next level, as he managed to create a coherent group from our shy participants, usually new to each other, willing to cheer for each other. He was also our lead trainer during summer school, participants were all hands-on during the workshops, pushing their comfort zones further and further with a smile, achieving great interpersonal skill development that was palpable only within a few days. I’m always looking forward to the next opportunity to work with him, he is inspiring us to do things innovatively for the sake of achieving our objectives.
